YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE IF YOU DO NOT READ OUR POLICIES BEFORE BOOKING.

• There are 4 stages (send pictures to find out which stage you are in)
• Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email or text.
• The amount paid during booking is a retainer for your appointment. THIS IS NOT THE FULL PEDICURE AMOUNT. The retainer will be deducted from the total amount on your day of service. 
• Retainers are nonrefundable in ANY CIRCUMSTANCE unless you cancel or reschedule 48 hours prior. Call / Text 678-507-7083. 
• I DO NOT REMOVE ACRYLIC 
• THERE IS A 10 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD. AFTER 10 MINUTES YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE RESCHEDULED OR CANCELED. RETAINER IS STILL NOT REFUNDABLE. 
• My books will open on the 15th of each prior month. 
• IF YOU RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT ONCE, THERE IS NO PENALTY. THE 2ND TIME WILL RESULT IN LOST DEPOSIT. YOU WILL HAVE TO RESCHEDULE AS NEW APPOINTMENT. You have 2 weeks to reschedule before you need to make a brand-new appointment.
